FAQs

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and approved by us before being returned. We do not accept change of mind returns.

Yes. We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable items (treats/food)
  • Grooming/personal care products
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Pet toys or beds damaged by pets (unless a manufacturing fault is identified)

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the funds.

Simply email us at hello@myoodleco.com.au with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
